Operations Coordinator
Responsible for helping instruct administration, faculty, and graduate-level students regarding the general uses, and specific implementations, of digital technologies applied to the domains within Fine Arts. The operations coordinator performs tasks relating to digital technologies, and Fine Arts work. Frequent responsibilities include: digital/electronic equipment check-out / check-in, educational space scheduling and preparations, graduate assistant / work study coordination, and event coordination; Less frequent responsibilities include project planning, facility tours, record keeping, money handling, secure key-code designation, and technology forecasting. The operations coordinator also helps with the maintenance and deployment of specific CoFA technologies, including hardware and software packages. Duties pertain to the setup, installation, and tear down of technologies utilized in the Fine Arts, in specific manners unique to the domain. Frequent responsibilities include: hardware / software setup, inspection, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
